While on our quest for a healthier lifestyle, both body and mind, I have been scrambling trying to find ways to get more protein in the day and here is what I've discovered.
1 container of PLAIN Fage Greek Yogurt(6oz)
1 TBSP peanut butter (I use marantha)
6 drops of liquid stevia
1/8 tbsp of vanilla
1 sprinkle of sea salt
Topped with a dark Hershey Kiss
